What is PRP treatment for skin and hair at The London Road Clinic?

PRP (platelet rich plasma) treatment is for people worried about dull skin, early signs of ageing or thinning hair who prefer a regenerative approach using their own blood.

 

During your visit, a small sample of blood is processed to concentrate platelets, then carefully injected or microneedled into targeted areas such as scalp, face or under-eyes.

 

The aim is to support tissue repair, hair density or skin quality over time, not an instant “frozen” effect. We’ll assess your medical history, medications and goals before recommending PRP or alternatives. Results build gradually over a series of sessions and vary from person to person.
