What is the HA Skin Booster (Croma Revitalis) and who might benefit?

Croma Revitalis HA Skin Booster is for people whose skin feels thin, crepey or persistently dehydrated, and who want a subtle improvement in texture and glow rather than a change in facial shape.

Using very soft, non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid with glycerol, tiny injections are placed just under the surface to support hydration and elasticity over time. Areas often treated include the face, neck, décolletage and hands.

A plan typically involves several sessions spaced a few weeks apart, with maintenance as needed. As with all injectables, there are risks such as bruising or swelling; we’ll discuss these, plus alternative approaches, during consultation.

HA Skin Booster - Croma Revitalis

Croma‑Pharma’s Croma Revitalis is a non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid (HA) skin booster enriched with glycerol. It’s designed to hydrate, firm and rejuvenate skin in areas like the face, neck and décolletage.

Treatment protocols are personalised. A typical session involves superficial dermal injections. Results build over time as hydration and elasticity improve; several sessions may optimise outcome

Top Benefits

  1. Enhances deep skin hydration

  2. Improves skin texture and tone

  3. Reduces fine lines (particularly around eyes & mouth)

  4. Supports elasticity without adding volume

  5. Quick treatment with minimal downtime

  • What it treats: Dullness, dehydration, early fine lines, loss of skin elasticity and thin skin in areas such as the peri-ocular, perioral, neck and hands.

  • How it works: A high-molecular-weight non-cross-linked HA with glycerol is injected into the superficial dermis. HA attracts water; glycerol stabilises the matrix and supports the skin barrier for extended effect.

  • Who it’s for / contraindications: Suitable for adults seeking skin quality improvement rather than volume. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding patients, those with active skin infection or known HA allergy, and practitioners should assess anticoagulant therapy or autoimmune conditions.

  • Risks & side-effects: Temporary redness, bruising, swelling, mild tenderness; rare risk of infection or nodule formation.

  • Downtime & after-care: Minimal. Most return to normal activities same day. Avoid heavy exercise, saunas, excessive sun for 24-48 hrs. Use SPF; gentle skin care advised.

  • When you’ll likely see results: Visible hydration and improved texture within weeks. Optimal benefits often after 2-3 sessions spaced 3-4 weeks apart and maintained every 6-12 months. Clinical data: up to ~16-24 weeks for certain zones.
