Hyaluronic acid filler is £240 per ml here, and the volume you need is settled at your consultation rather than decided by the size of a syringe. A first lip treatment often uses part of one. That is the whole pricing model, and it is on this page rather than behind an enquiry form.
What the consultation is for is the part that varies. It confirms the volume, checks your history against the contraindications, and settles who manages it if something goes wrong. Filler carries a rare and serious complication called vascular occlusion, where product enters or presses on a blood vessel and cuts the blood supply to the skin it feeds. The window for reversing it is measured in hours, which makes the answer to who is holding the needle a practical question rather than a marketing one.

Start with the image, not the menu
Observ photographs the layers beneath the surface under several light modes, so pigment sitting in the dermis, vascular activity and accumulated sun damage all show up before any of it reaches a mirror.
