After your appointment
Aftercare
Avoid heat and heavy exercise for around 24 hours, keep the area calm and start gentle exfoliation from around day 3 if advised to help reduce ingrowns.
Booking around the regrowth cycle

Waxing is a single appointment repeated every few weeks, so the rhythm is set by regrowth rather than by a course we plan for you. Most people settle into a standing interval and keep it.
